Key Responsibilities
Billing (50%): You will be responsible for timely and accurate invoicing, managing collections, and supporting month-end financial activities.
Payroll (50%): You will handle payroll for a volume of just under 200 employees across four different entities, including both union and non-union staff, with all activities based in BC.
What Success Looks Like:
All customer billing is completed accurately by the monthly cut-off date.
Invoices are paid on time, and outstanding balances over 60-90 days are kept below 5% of total receivables.
Payroll for all entities is processed accurately and on schedule.
This is a fast-paced environment, especially during month-end.

Responsibilities
Internal Billing:
•Process billing for various divisions and entities.
•Prepare rental and inter-group invoices as part of month-end procedures.
•Support with AR account reconciliations (Trade & Holdbacks).
•Assist with outstanding receivable balances and holdback claims in collaboration with operations leaders.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with internal project teams and external customer representatives.
•Contribute to month-end close procedures as directed by the Senior Accountant.
•Support the billing and collection of company holdbacks.
Payroll:
•Support the full payroll cycle for just under 200 employees across four different entities.
•Handle both union and non-union payroll.
•Ensure all payroll activities are compliant with BC regulations.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in a similar role, handling both internal billing and full-cycle payroll for a small to medium-sized workforce.
•Proficiency in payroll software, with ADP WFN being an asset.
•Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance in BC, including for both union and non-union environments being preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
•Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
•Availability for occasional overtime during month-end periods
•Must be able to work full-time on site in Langley (near Surrey border)
