Responsibilities
The Retail Operations Coordinator responsibilities are to deliver executional excellence on the below:
1. Communication: Effective and timely updates on all materials required for operational execution including National Programs, Banner Priorities, Bookings, etc.
2. All-Day Helpdesk Support and Voicemail Management: Deliver best-in-class quality support by assisting retail associates with questions and troubleshooting their issues as needed
3. Process Optimization: Demonstrate process compliance while seeking process efficiencies
4. Data Management and Retail Ops. Team Email Inbox: Preserve and update our master data adhering to a 1-week SLA metric, process requests that come into our shared inbox and work
5. Cooperate and Enhance Team Support: Work collaboratively as a team along with cross-functional teams such as with IT, Mailroom, and Reception
Qualifications
Job Specifications/Qualifications
• University Degree – preferred
• Fluent Speaking and Writing in English and French
• Minimum 3 years administrative support experience
• Advanced in Excel, MS Word, Power Point
• Prior Retail experience - preferred
