Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process invoices, sales orders, payments and receipts
- Update and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Assisting the external audit team and coordinating audits
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Previous full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping experience is needed
- Tech-savvy and familiar with QuickBooks and Business Central from Microsoft
- Accuracy in data entry, reconciling accounts and handling financial records with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
