We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Brake Press Operations, the ability to interpret blueprints and comfortable with tooling selection. If that sounds like you, keep reading to find out more!

Straight Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 3:00-11:00pm - Monday to Friday
Minimum Starting Wage: $22.00/hr+ (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Set up and Operate: Perform complex setups on Brake Presses.
Tooling Selection: Determine the best machine for each job and select the necessary punch and die sets.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and perform precise measurements to ensure parts meet
Quality Control: Use squares, Vernier calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify dimensions against ISO standards.
Data Management: Record work progress in the shop floor data collection system.
Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC Brake Press setup and operation (the more, the better).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of metal materials, bend deductions, and machine preparation.
Self-Starter: Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and train/motivate others on the floor.
Safety First: Strict adherence to Health & Safety standards and consistent use of PPE.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform various movements (bending, kneeling, etc.) in a shop environment that can get warm in the summer.
Education: High School Diploma required; technical college certification or forklift experience is a major asset.
