Do you thrive when no two days are the same? We aren’t looking for a "button pusher." We are looking for a technical craftsman who loves the puzzle of a complex setup and the satisfaction of a perfect bend. At this permanent opportunity you aren’t just a number on a line; you’re the expert we trust to troubleshoot, select tooling, and keep the floor moving.
...

The Pay: Starting at $22.00 - $27.00+/hr (Pay for your expertise—if you’re a pro, let's talk).
The Culture: A growing company where "growth potential" isn't just a buzzword. As they expand, so does your career.
The Variety: High-mix, low-volume work that keeps your brain engaged and the day flying by.

What Your Day Looks Like

Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 3 years of CNC Brake Press setup and operation (custom job shop experience is a huge plus).
