ith our procedures and quality standards. He or she will participate in the annual reviews of the people he or she supervises and will be involved in the improvement of our processes. He or she will also be responsible for providing first-class support to our customers, both on a technical and commercial level. Each Inside Sales Representative is assigned a specific clientele in order to know his or her customers well. You must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the subject matter and have good interpersonal skills. Our Inside Sales Representatives are considered important technical resources in the eyes of our customers.
Advantages
Monday to Friday flexible start time 7:30AM-8:30AM finishing anywhere around 4PM-5:00 pm (37.5hrs)
Competitive Salary (based on experience)
3 weeks of vacation (negotiable depending on experience)
After the 3 months of probation/training, hybrid formula (1 day work from home)
Participation in profits and bonuses
RRSP, 4% company contribution
Medical and dental benefits
Responsibilities
• Supervise, coach, evaluate and coordinate the team under his/her responsibility
• Supervise the workload of his/her team and balance it between individuals
• Take the necessary measures to ensure that processing times remain within standards
• Participate in the hiring & integration of new employees
• Deal directly with some customers to ensure that our processes are mastered
• Participate in weekly production meetings
• See to the application of our rules and make the first interventions with his staff
• Make quotations for conventional products
• Follow up on quotes delegated by the external representative
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers
• Keep up to date on products and services offered by the organization
Qualifications
▪ College degree in Electrical Engineering (instrumentation & control) or relevant technical degree with appropriate experience
▪ Minimum 5 years’ experience in management role Experience in industrial instrumentation and/or valves
▪ Experience and desire to serve customers.
▪ Good knowledge of the Office suite.
▪ Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload
▪ Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
▪ Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
