Responsibilities
-Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the entire branch operation to achieve strategic organizational and revenue goals
-Planning, administering, and controlling branch budgets related to inventory, supplies, equipment, and contracts to ensure fiscal efficiency
-Managing and leading internal staff, providing consistent leadership, motivation, coaching, and ensuring a skilled and high-performing workforce
-Conducting interviews, hiring, and overseeing the training of staff to ensure they are proficient in both operational processes and HVAC product knowledge
-Providing essential support to client services, including taking client orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and offering high-level technical support for HVAC-R products
-Planning and participating in mandatory annual inventory activities
Qualifications
-A minimum of 5 years of progressive operational or sales management experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related industrial distribution field
-Proven track record in a Branch Manager or Branch Director capacity, responsible for full branch operations and financial performance
-Solid background in supply chain, logistics, and complex inventory management
-Proficient in standard business software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems used in distribution and Industrial Management
-Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related technical/management field is highly valued
