Responsibilities
*Supervise and develop service, maintenance, and retrofit operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
*Manage the technical aspects of the rental fleet, including maintenance, readiness, and compliance with safety standards.

*Oversee all financial aspects of the branch, including P&L management, budget analysis, and strategic planning.

Qualifications
*You possess a minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience within the heavy equipment, after-sales service, or rental sectors.

*You have a degree in engineering, business management, or a related technical field.
*You demonstrate strong financial acumen, with direct experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement.
*You have a solid technical background, including knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems.
*You are proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, ADP, and JD Edwards.
