In this position, you are more than a point of contact; you are the guardian of our institution’s first impression. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless, sophisticated atmosphere while ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence and discretion our clients expect.
Dates: February 17 to February 27, 2026, inclusive.
Training: A dedicated shadowing and training day is scheduled for February 17.
Location: On-site (Prestigious Business Centre) – Ottawa.
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch).

Coordination: Notify advisors of client arrivals and manage appointment flow via Microsoft Teams.
Client Experience: Prepare and serve beverages; ensure clients are comfortable while waiting.
Meeting Room Logistics: Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all audiovisual equipment is functional before appointments.
Administrative Support: Receive mail and incoming packages.
Qualifications
Impeccable professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office suite.
Experience in high-end customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or VIP lounges).
High level of discretion and interpersonal tact.
