Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and new product launches, ensuring all timelines and sales targets are met.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and brand innovation.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and legal, to ensure a cohesive brand message and seamless execution.
Oversee merchandising and planogram updates to maximize in-store sales.
Prepare and deliver presentations on brand performance, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to management and partners.
Negotiate effectively with external suppliers and vendors to meet project timelines and cost objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in the CPG, beauty, or skincare industries.
Demonstrated business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
