In this high-visibility, senior-level role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology delivery squads—planning, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex functional and technical requirements. You will focus on enterprise Asset Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), and Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) platforms. Working closely with treasury, risk, and architecture leads, you will document data flows, process mappings, and system integrations, translate business rules into technology deliverables, and guide solutions through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Engineering: Lead requirements workshops with business lines to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ALM, FTP, IRR, and QRM platform integrations.
QRM Implementation & Optimization: Support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of QRM platforms, ensuring alignment with Treasury objectives and enterprise risk frameworks.
System Architecture & Data Modeling: Create detailed process maps, system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and source-to-target mappings using Visio, Confluence, and related enterprise tools.
Data Analysis & SQL Reconciliation: Analyze, profile, and reconcile large, complex financial datasets using advanced SQL queries to drive business decisions, validate requirements, and resolve data gaps.
Agile Requirements Management: Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability.
Testing & Quality Oversight: Partner with Quality Assurance teams to translate use cases into test conditions, assist with scenario definition, manage defect triage, and support UAT execution.
Governance & Audit Transparency: Maintain comprehensive data lineage, data catalogs, and control documentation to ensure system transparency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Qualifications
Treasury / QRM Expertise: 3+ years of experience implementing, integrating, or supporting QRM or comparable Treasury / ALM / Risk platforms within a major financial institution.
Data Analysis & SQL Mastery: Advanced hands-on proficiency in SQL and deep experience profiling, analyzing, and reconciling large-scale, complex datasets.
System Modeling & Diagramming: Strong expertise in process modeling, data flow mapping, and architectural diagramming.
Agile Tooling & Delivery: Proven track record utilizing JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, user story creation, and Agile project documentation.
AI Tool Integration: Practical experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate data analysis, requirement generation, and documentation.
SDLC & Testing Methodology: Deep understanding of full-lifecycle technology delivery, software testing methodologies, API integrations, and system architecture patterns.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to facilitate complex technical discussions across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Deep knowledge of financial products, balance sheet management, and interest rate risk (IRR) concepts.
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
