Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Creates business concepts based on needs of business units and serves and advises projects, initiatives, and/or the business by turning requirements into feasible solutions
Understands key businesses processes / systems and how they interlink, and is able to leverage that knowledge to support the vision and goal creation of improvement related initiatives / projects
May support projects in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, documentation and other metrics, including providing insights into project delivery plans and facilitating communication between project stakeholders
May engage in support of product/project/initiative launch, and transition period after deployment
Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
Qualifications
Top Skills: Complex Problem Solving & Detail Orientation: Ability to thrive in complex environments with meticulous attention to detail.
Strategic Communication & Inquiry: Strong communication skills, including active listening and using techniques like "5 Whys" to uncover root causes.
