Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Create user mockups and low-fidelity designs to effectively communicate concepts.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, agile ceremonies, and requirements-gathering meetings.
• Plan, lead, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Assist in the operational rollout and support of new applications and features.
Qualifications
• A post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
• Proven experience in business analysis within agile, web-based software development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Miro) and task management software (e.g., Azure DevOps).
