Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and lead process walkthroughs with diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate and conduct activities to support operational requirements and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Division/Branch/Unit goals and objectives.
• Provide analytical and business support through data/statistical/operational analysis and policy option analysis
• Work closely with designated product owner staff and Digital Development and Delivey team to support initiatives .
• Provide business analysis services for planning, feasibility, requirements, business case development, and process modeling
Qualifications
• 2 years of direct, hands-on experience performing business requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, and deployment related to data analysis, data analytics, data visualization, data science and data mining
• At least 2 years of experience creating and using advanced Excel skills such as Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.
• Proven track record with PowerBI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services
• 2 years of experience utilizing strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision making
• 3 years of demonstrated experience in a role identifying and documenting business requirements, interpreting business needs, and proposing improvements to increase the effectiveness of the business.
• 2 years of demonstrated experience planning and conducting requirements gathering workshops with operational and clinical staff, leadership teams or stakeholder representatives
