Responsibilities
The business analyst provides day-to-day production support to various business areas utilizing in-house and/or customized off-the-shelf (COTS) applications. The business analyst is responsible for resolving moderately complex business problems by analyzing and isolating reported issues and defects and presenting interim solutions when applicable. The position provides root cause solutions by working with various business units to gather requirements, and technology resources to identify and present solutions to the impacted business units.
Qualifications
Experience
1.Certificate or diploma in Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
2.Three years of related analytical experience conducting process analysis, documenting system and business requirements, and performing complex data analysis
Skills (Depth & Breadth)
1.Strong leadership skills to motivate a diversified work group/project team.
2.Strong strategic and tactical planning skills to align business and technology planning.
3.Knowledge of MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI.
4.Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software including Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project.
5.Exposure to Safe Agile methodologies or Agile workstyle
