Responsibilities
âą Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Customer Engagement (CE) implementation, integration, and testing
âą Conduct functional analysis of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Cash Management modules
âą Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing; document and validate results
âą Troubleshoot and resolve user issues during SIT/UAT and regression testing
âą Configure D365 F&O workflows, forms, and dashboards aligned with business requirements
âą Develop use cases, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices
âą Support automated and manual QA using Azure DevOps and related tools
âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and processes
âą Prepare clear documentation for specifications, test results, and issue resolutions
âą Provide support during go-live and post-deployment validation phases
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 10+ years of Business Analyst and QA experience in Agile/SDLC environments
âą Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification (or equivalent)
âą Expertise in D365 modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management
âą Strong QA experience in ERP and CRM solutions, including test planning and execution
âą Proficiency in bug tracking, DevOps, and lifecycle management tools
âą Functional and technical documentation experience (FDDs, use cases, scripts, etc.)
âą Proven ability to support defect fixing, SIT/UAT prep, and issue resolution
Nice to Have:
đ Experience testing integrations between D365 CE and F&O
đ» Experience with test automation, scripting, and continuous integration
đ§ Familiarity with Trust Accounting and financial applications (AR, AP, GL)
đïž Experience with case management and workflow-based systems
