Responsibilities
- Analyze existing design requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Microsoft DevOps.
- Collaborate on project timelines, sprint planning, and status reporting to keep deliverables on track.
- Facilitate sprint validation sessions and document outcomes with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage change requests, defect tracking, and tasks within Microsoft DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to maintain scope adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and assist in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct thorough testing to validate application features against acceptance criteria.
- Identify technical issues or concerns and propose practical recommendations to the project team.
- Create clear, user-friendly training documentation for end-users.
- Support UAT sessions by coordinating with and assisting end-users.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Reliability-level security clearance.
- Must be eligible to work remotely from Canada.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, ideally supporting cloud modernization or software development projects.
- Strong skills with Microsoft DevOps tools (user stories, backlog management, defect tracking, reporting).
- Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with test planning, QA processes, and UAT facilitation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Knowledge of ReactJS, Fluent UI, Power BI, or Microsoft Azure Cloud is a strong asset (not mandatory but advantageous).
