Responsibilities
âą Lead end-to-end business analysis for assigned projects and support ongoing improvements
âą Gather and document functional/non-functional requirements, process flows, and business rules
âą Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with diverse stakeholders
âą Develop use cases, system diagrams, context diagrams, and integration specs
âą Write business cases, feasibility studies, and perform cost-benefit analysis
âą Support procurement activities, including RFP preparation and vendor evaluations
âą Recommend re-engineering opportunities through process analysis and modeling
âą Establish traceability matrices and performance measures for requirement validation
Qualifications
âą 5+ yearsâ experience leading business analysis for technology projects
âą Proficiency in creating use cases, process models, and integration diagrams
âą Hands-on experience with custom cloud-native development and Microsoft Dynamics 365
âą Strong skills in writing business cases, options analysis, and feasibility reports
âą Proven experience with SDLC, UI design principles, and stakeholder engagement
âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills
đNice to Have:
âą Experience with CASE tools for requirements documentation
âą Knowledge of AODA accessibility standards
âą Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation frameworks
âą Experience in business process mapping and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN)
