Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Elicitation: Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Agile Product Ownership Support: Develop high-quality detailed user stories, manage product backlogs, and provide high-level and detailed work estimates for new functionality.
- Solution Modeling: Create business process maps, data models (conceptual and logical), and system use cases to define solution scope and functionality.
- Documentation & Governance: Produce Functional/Non-functional specifications, System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Business Cases. Ensure all documentation follows enterprise architecture standards and gating processes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), test plans, and test strategies to ensure delivered solutions meet original business goals.
- Re-engineering & Analysis: Apply re-engineering concepts to identify alternative, cost-effective service delivery approaches and conduct thorough feasibility studies.
Qualifications
- Business Analysis Expertise: Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation within complex integrated environments.
- Proven experience with Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) implementations, specifically Oracle Siebel.
- Skilled in using Jira for storyboarding and Visio for process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and mock-up tools.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
