Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct thorough process walkthroughs with subject matter experts.
• Identify pain points and goals through detailed gap analysis of current and future state business processes.
• Create and update user stories, personas, and journey maps to guide the development process.
• Develop system use cases, flow diagrams, and interactive mock-ups to outline functional requirements.
• Document and validate detailed business and functional specifications to ensure technical alignment.
• Support change management, training initiatives, and the creation of non-technical system documentation.
• Liaise with security and privacy teams to complete risk and impact assessments for new solutions.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and complex workflows.
• Minimum 5 years of experience gathering requirements via workshops, interviews, surveys, and business process modeling.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or facilitation role within a project environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working actively within an agile development framework.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legislations, regulations, and organizational policies.
