Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Execution
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing new business.
Engage with HR and finance leaders to understand their needs and offer tailored advisory solutions.
Deliver compelling, consultative presentations that demonstrate the value of our services.
Meet or exceed individual revenue and performance targets.
Business Development & Networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and industry contacts.
Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to expand our presence and influence in the market.
Work with leadership to refine and implement business development strategies that align with firm goals.
Collaborate on marketing efforts to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development.
Background in professional services, financial services, or employee benefits is highly valued.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
