Responsibilities
• Design, build, test, and release a new Power BI workforce insights dashboard.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and action items to ensure successful progression.
• Develop and maintain clear business and technical documentation.
• Create and deliver training materials to enable effective end-user adoption.
• Communicate complex findings, insights, and project status to diverse audiences.
• Ensure all work adheres to data governance, data quality, and security guidelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced visualization and storytelling.
• 5+ years of expertise in writing complex DAX measures and calculated columns.
• 5+ years of experience with Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and client interaction data.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets, implementing BI requirements, and forecasting using Power BI and Azure analytics tools.
