Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and system functionality
Develop functional and technical specifications for integration and system enhancements
Interpret complex data models, database schemas, and application logic, and align them to business requirements
Change Management & Transformation
Support ERP change management activities, including:
Change impact assessments
Communication and engagement planning
Training coordination and user adoption strategies
Act as a subject matter resource on change impacts and business readiness
Identify and address user acceptance challenges related to system changes
Testing & Quality Support
Develop and document test scenarios, system test cases, and UAT test cases
Collaborate with quality specialists to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Validate system integrations and ensure alignment with business requirements
Integration & ERP Support
Support integration between legacy applications and cloud ERP (Fusion SaaS)
Assist in designing user interfaces, reports, and data exports required for ERP integration
Analyze impacts of changes in:
Chart of accounts
Vendor/supplier data
Employee data
Project costing and time/labour tracking
Collaboration & Delivery
Work within a multidisciplinary team including project managers, developers, DBAs, and technical analysts
Facilitate workshops and working sessions for requirements gathering and solution design
Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of IM/IT experience
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Minimum 3 years supporting ERP transformation projects involving complex legacy systems in a public sector environment
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong experience with:
SQL and database concepts (data models, schemas, data relationships)
Business and systems analysis in complex enterprise environments
ERP integrations and transformation initiatives
Testing methodologies (system testing, UAT, test case development)
