Responsibilities
• Analyze, document, and translate HR business requirements into detailed technical solutions
• Prepare business cases, RFPs, change requests, and other core project documentation
• Support implementation and testing across SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to identify process improvements
• Provide liaison support between technical teams and key business units
• Assist with test planning, execution, and validation of data migration and system changes
• Advise on IT solutions that create operational efficiencies and align with strategic goals
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analysis with enterprise-scale SAP implementations
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS, Performance & Goals, Sodales)
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and process modeling skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Visio, Teams, Smartsheet) and HRIS systems
• Degree in computer science or related field; IIBA or PMI certification an asset
