Responsibilities
Discovery & Requirements Facilitation: Plan and facilitate discovery workshops; elicit business, functional and non-functional requirements; perform process walkthroughs, journey mapping, and capability-based analysis.
Documentation & Artifact Creation: Produce BRDs, FRSs, capability matrices, heat maps, traceability matrices, current-state and future-state process flows and maintain a single source of truth repository.
Capability Mapping & Solution Evaluation: Map requirements to business capabilities, support solution evaluations, vendor assessments, RFP activities, and scoring frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between SMEs, Delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture, sponsors, and vendors; maintain decision logs and manage expectations.
Governance & Program Support: Support milestone tracking, RAID management, validation sessions, and requirements governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within large enterprise environments.
At least 3 years leading discovery and requirements activities for large transformation or modernization programs.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with capability-based analysis, BPMN/process modeling, and requirements management.
Experience producing BRDs, FRSs, capability matrices, heat maps, and traceability matrices.
