Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Test Leadership
Lead the development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, and system testing
Validate ERP integrations and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
ERP Transformation Support
Support testing activities related to ERP implementation and legacy system integration
Validate data flows, business processes, and system behaviors across multiple applications
Ensure quality and consistency across complex, interdependent systems
Analysis & Validation
Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
Support data validation and reconciliation across systems
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with project managers, developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including scrums and status updates
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
Conduct post-testing reviews and lessons learned
Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies
Support overall quality governance within the ERP program
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of IM/IT experience
4+ years of experience in a Test Lead role
5+ years of experience writing and executing test plans and test cases
Minimum 3 years supporting ERP transformation projects involving complex legacy systems in a public sector environment
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong experience in:
Quality assurance and testing methodologies
System and integration testing for enterprise applications
ERP system validation and testing frameworks
Defect management and tracking tools
Experience working with:
Complex system integrations and data validation
Cross-functional teams (BAs, developers, DBAs)
