We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work with our clients' Legal & Privacy Services team on an initial 9 month contract that has the potential for extensions.
This position is hybrid and requires 2 days on-site in Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities
The Contract Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support both the Legal Services & Privacy with Operational Excellence initiatives by leading requirements elicitation, process design, and solution analysis across key workstreams including intake, service model, reporting, and enabling technology.
The role is critical to translating business needs into actionable requirements to enable a structured legal and privacy operating model, improved intake and triage processes, and data-driven reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years Business Systems Analysis experience.
Minimum 7 years experience in: Requirements elicitation and documentation, business process modelling (BPMN or equivalent) and workflow and service model design
Minimum 7 years experience with: Intake / case management / service delivery processes, data and reporting requirements (dashboards, KPIs) and working with cross-functional teams (business + IT).
Any familiarity with experience in Legal & Privacy Operations / Professional Services environments is helpful!
