Location: Hybrid (typically in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays) in Oakville

Advantages

Responsibilities
• Sales & Customer Support:
o Assist account managers with proposals and customer support.
o Generate customer-facing quotes using affiliate data.

• Order & Data Management:
o Manage parts order processing, purchasing, and importation.
o Coordinate with global affiliates (US, UK) and comply with import regulations.
o Maintain and report data using SAP and Salesforce.

• Process Improvement:
o Help modernize tools and templates.
o Drive efficiency and reliability in workflows.

Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Must-Have:
o SAP (E35 platform) experience, especially in procurement and data entry.
o Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
• Nice-to-Have:
o Microsoft CoPilot Studio Experience (Agent Development, Automation Opportunities)
o Commercial or finance background.
o Experience with large datasets or sales operations.

Growth Opportunities
• Potential to evolve into:
o Account Management (if customer-facing experience).
o Process/Procurement Specialist (if technical and data-focused).
o More complex proposal development (beyond parts quotes).
