Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis
Analyze business and technical requirements to identify workflows, decision points, and reporting needs
Develop and document functional and technical specifications for complex integrations
Create data models, entity relationship diagrams, and architectural diagrams
Integration Design & Development
Design, build, and test complex integrations between legacy systems and ERP platforms
Develop queries, scripts, and database solutions (PL/SQL, triggers, procedures)
Support implementation of integration solutions across multiple systems and data sources
ERP Transformation Support
Contribute to the integration of legacy applications with a cloud-based ERP solution
Support changes related to chart of accounts, vendor/supplier data, and employee records
Analyze and address impacts on project costing, time tracking, and operational processes
Collaboration & Delivery
Work within a multidisciplinary team including project managers, developers, DBAs, and analysts
Participate in Agile ceremonies and team scrums
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Documentation & Quality
Produce and maintain technical documentation and integration artifacts
Validate system requirements, data mappings, and solution designs
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years as a Programmer Analyst
5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ERP transformation projects in a public sector environment
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong experience with:
Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, functions)
Database design, schemas, and query optimization
System integrations involving complex data flows and dependencies
XML-based integrations and data exchange
Experience creating:
Functional and technical specifications
Data models and architectural diagrams
Ability to analyze and interpret complex database structures and interdependencies
