We’re partnering exclusively with a leading organization to hire a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can jump in quickly and make an immediate impact across a variety of IT initiatives.

Responsibilities
As a key BSA on the team, you’ll be right at the centre of delivering business and technology solutions:
Requirements & Analysis
Lead workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Document and prioritize business & functional requirements
Create BRDs, process flows, use cases, and solution design documents
Translate requirements into Jira epics & user stories
Collaborate with Architecture, Development, QA, Operations & Security
Project / Initiative Leadership
Plan and support initiatives of varying size and complexity
Prepare key project artifacts (charters, risk logs, status reports)
Run sprint ceremonies and work closely with dev/QA teams
Liaise with external vendors to ensure deliverables stay on track
Delivery
Partner across IT and business teams to drive solutions from concept through to release
Serve as the translator between business needs and technical implementation
Provide leadership and clarity throughout the full SDLC
Qualifications
You're someone who can “jump in” quickly and operate confidently in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. You’re comfortable being a jack-of-all-trades BSA—someone who can run meetings, gather requirements, think critically, and provide solutions that actually work.
Qualifications
4–5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (more is welcome)
Experience in financial services or mortgage lending considered a strong asset
Hands-on familiarity with Agile, 2-week sprints, Jira, Confluence
Strong SDLC understanding—end to end
Excellent communication: written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience delivering multiple types of projects (enhancements, integrations, off-the-shelf implementations, etc.)
