Responsibilities
- Lead process redesign and gap analysis for frontend and system integration solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project goals and specifications.
- Create high-quality documentation, including detailed reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Facilitate team and client meetings to ensure alignment and delivery success.
- Own and deliver work packages of moderate to high complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
- Apply change management techniques in complex environments.
- Understand product capabilities and align them with customer needs.
- Track and report billable hours accurately using internal project management tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and systems integration.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements.
- Familiarity with business modeling techniques and structured analysis methods.
- Experience in business process reengineering and benefit-cost analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical systems (preferred).
- A team player with a strong track record of meeting project deadlines.
