ll require you to lead business transformation architect activities, and develop strategic plans, designs and processes for the integration of the new solution. The ideal candidate will have an accreditation from an international recognized organization in Organizational Change Management along with a post secondary education relating to Information Technology.

Responsibilities
• Lead the business transformation architecture activities.
• Assist in development of business transformation plans, documentation, design and process.
• Advance work on solution delivery plan.
• Identify business transformation risks and provide issue management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Optimize business transformation approaches based on evolving business needs and technology capabilities.
• Advance work on target state architecture design and integration options.
• Help prepare the technical environment for testing and integration.
• Provide knowledge transfer, coaching and/or training to staff as required.
• Assess the feasibility of migrating from the current state to the target business state.
• Define transition steps and develop a transition plan to move from current to future state.
• Assist in reviewing and defining functional requirements, user interface designs and usability reviews.
• Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.
Qualifications
Secret clearance.
Accreditation in Organization Change Management.
Post-secondary education relating to Information Management.
Proven experience as a Business Transformation Architect on large-scale IT projects.
Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management concepts and solutions. Experience with IBM Verify is a strong asset.
Experience with legacy system migration and modernization in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong ability to develop strategic roadmaps, transition plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the public sector.
