Responsibilities
Execute tasks on the assembly line, focusing on sensor cards and/or tapes as per specified guidelines.
Conduct basic setup and maintenance of machines as per requirements.
Align products with company standards, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Actively engage in discussions and activities aimed at improving products and processes.
Undertake basic troubleshooting on the production line as necessary.
Generate and provide essential data sheets required for production.
Offer assistance and training to new employees when required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production assembly line or factory roles.
Adaptability to repetitive tasks with ease.
Physical aptitude, including:
Proficient manual dexterity.
Ability to discern between colours.
Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Endurance for extended periods of standing.
Competence in collaborative team environments and the ability to work independently.
