Responsibilities
Assist in general maintenance tasks around the facility
Perform basic carpentry and woodworking repairs or installations
Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
Support drywall patching and minor masonry work
Clean and organize work areas, tools, and storage spaces
Work under supervision but also independently when required
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in carpentry
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Comfortable working in a range of temperatures and physical environments
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
