Responsibilities
Safely operate an Order Picker Forklift in both narrow and wide aisles
Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners
Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs
Follow wire-guided systems (preferred but not required)
Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to all safety protocols
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team operations
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience operating an Order Picker forklift (mandatory)
Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments
Valid external forklift license (Order Picker certification required)
Fall Arrest Certification (required for working at heights)
Experience with wire guidance systems (preferred but not required)
Physically capable of lifting and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs
Professional references required during the hiring process
Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and attention to detail
