As the Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing tactical program communications, creating multimedia assets (e.g., videos, graphics, thumbnails), and managing the design and ongoing updates of the program’s website. You’ll also support broader change management initiatives by contributing to plans, workbacks, presentation decks, and other key materials.
This is a 6-month contract which has potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute internal program communications across various formats, including written content, presentations, and multimedia assets
• Design and maintain the program’s internal website using WYSIWYG tools and basic HTML
• Create engaging visual content such as graphics, infographics, thumbnails, and videos to support change initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of change management plans, workbacks, and presentation decks
• Collaborate closely with the Director, Major Program Change Management, and other stakeholders to align messaging and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of storytelling initiatives, including potential blogs, vlogs, or podcasts
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in communications and/or change management within a large, regulated organization (e.g., banking, insurance, government, academia)
• A relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate certification in fields such as communications, journalism, public relations, change management, organizational design, content production, or media design
• A digital portfolio showcasing writing samples, website or graphic design, infographics, and video content (to be submitted as part of submission process)
Nice to Have:
• Experience in blogging, vlogging, podcast creation, or storyboarding
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency with PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of HTML and WYSIWYG (ie WordPress, Wix, etc..) platforms
• Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Premiere
