Responsibilities
• Create and execute the business side change management approach for the transformation initiative.
• Develop stakeholder and impact assessments to identify readiness needs across different groups.
• Build comprehensive training materials including facilitator guides, quick reference tools, and job aids.
• Draft professional communications tailored for leadership, program teams, and broad audiences.
• Support stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops and alignment meetings.
• Coordinate training plans by identifying specific audience needs and delivery schedules.
• Track change risks and issues while providing regular updates on readiness and adoption levels.
Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience applying structured change management principles and methodologies.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and delivering diverse training materials and modules.
• At least 7 years of experience creating effective communication materials for various stakeholder levels.
• Proven background in developing readiness programs and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience working within large scale public sector or government digital transformation initiatives.
