Responsibilities
• Change Strategy: Develops and executes project specific CM strategies and change plans based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups
Stakeholder Management: Engages with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations. Builds partnerships with key stakeholders and clients to drive change adoption.
Communications: Facilitates communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. Develops and implements stakeholder-specific communications plan
Training and Development: Provides leadership to the Training Lead and works closely to develop Training strategy and enable training content
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, preferably in large, complex environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to develop and implement training programs and communication plans
