Responsibilities
The ultimate goal of the Change Management Specialist is to create and execute change strategies that drive business results. Whether it is a process, system, or product (or all of the above), we are only successful if clients or team members change their behaviors , mindsets, and/or capabilities to create new possibilities. You will drive behaviour change by coordinating and aligning all executives, stakeholders, partners and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members to support the successful adoption of the change.
You will use data and insights to inform strategies you know clients will love and will drive value. You are a passionate storyteller and understand how all of the pieces come together to create change
Qualifications
Top Skills: The ability to assess, translate, and articulate what is really changing, for people, from technology-based projects. Strong communication skills - the ability to promote a clear vision to different audiences, altering one’s style, language, and approach. Collaboration - working with and directing whomever is required to create a holistic and effective change plan
