This is a 12-month contract which requires the Change Manager to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto 2 days per week.

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of all change management deliverables.

• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance change management efficacy.
• Lead change initiatives for high-risk legal projects.
• Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
• An undergraduate degree and relevant Change Management Accreditations.
• 5+ years of dedicated change management experience within large organizations, ideally in a project-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization, from leadership to front-line teams.
• Strong understanding of change management industry best practices, project management methodologies, and business transformation.
• Knowledge of risk management environments, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in software tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite.
