Responsibilities
As the Change Management Lead, you will:
• Assess and manage risk: Create and maintain all stakeholder impact and risk assessments.
• Drive communication strategies: Develop and execute all internal and external communications, including strategy refreshes, detailed plans, run sheets, FAQs, and the design and implementation of feedback loops.
• Shape organizational culture: Define, plan, and deliver the culture strategy and associated tactics.
• Map stakeholder journeys: Define, document, and create all impacted employee and contingent worker personas and their associated change journey maps, ensuring their ongoing maintenance.
• Develop change leadership: Design, build, test, and deploy a customized Change Agent/Change Leader program.
• Monitor readiness: Conduct Change Readiness Assessments throughout the program's lifecycle.
• Support people change: Provide dedicated support to the People Change Management Workstream.
• Oversee training: Manage the complete training lifecycle, from needs definition and content creation to delivery.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience with project implementation and change management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in strategizing, architecting, and implementing initiatives in large organizations, with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Certifications: Prosci certified or other recognized change management certifications, with a strong preference for individuals who have led the Change Management workstream in support of large-scale transformation programs.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate complexity and fluidity in project scope, demonstrating very high execution in partnership with other stakeholders and partners.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
