This is a 12-month contract role which requires the Change Manager to work onsite at our client's office in Toronto 4 days per week.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for leadership and project teams, guiding them on best practices for managing change and driving consensus-driven decisions.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts through data-driven metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Narrative Building: Use effective storytelling and meticulous attention to detail to prepare professional change management documentation and training plans.
Qualifications
• Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the banking or financial services industry, including a strong understanding of project business management.
• Proven Execution: Extensive hands-on experience implementing complex change management activities and driving results.
• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to guide diverse teams and senior stakeholders toward informed, consensus-based decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills with a high degree of professional polish in document preparation.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving; highly organized with excellent time management and the initiative to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a bonus
• Experience providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members through organizational shifts.
