As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of the hardware supply warehouse. Your expertise as an Order Picker will ensure that products are moved safely and efficiently, maintaining the high standards our client is known for. This position is part of the Randstad Operational sector, focusing on manufacturing & logistics, where we connect hardworking professionals with top-tier employers.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Cherry Picker to fulfill orders accurately. Because this position involves working at heights, a valid Fall Protection certification is required. While an external license is preferred, your proven experience as a Cherry Picker Operator or Order Picker is the most important asset. Joining the manufacturing & logistics team means you are a vital link in the supply chain, ensuring hardware products reach customers across the region.

Responsibilities
• Operate a Cherry Picker (also known as an Order Picker) safely to move hardware supplies throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and pack orders based on daily requirements within the manufacturing & logistics framework.
• Utilize Fall Protection equipment daily to ensure safety while working at elevated heights.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the hardware supply warehouse to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed by the manufacturing & logistics team.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections on the Cherry Picker to ensure the equipment is in good working order.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
• Fall Protection experience is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker or Order Picker is required.
• An external forklift/order picker license is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to the South Kitchener area.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all manufacturing & logistics protocols.
• Availability for full-time hours on a long-term basis.
