Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work areas using brooms, mops, hoses, vacuums, and shovels.
Follow assigned sanitation schedules and complete all required documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of all tools, machines, and common areas.
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Report issues or unsafe conditions promptly.
Use all required safety equipment correctly and complete safety training.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Previous experience in a factory or industrial setting (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Occasionally work at heights or elevated areas
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
