This assignment includes cleaning apartments, light lifting of basic garbage, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down counters, appliances, and bathrooms. Standing, bending, kneeling, light lifting are all required to perform the tasks of the job. Also, using a vacuum, mop, and bucket.
***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BASIC CRIMINAL CHECK**
***LOCATED DIRECTLY ON A BUS ROUTE IN CENTRAL NORTH OSHAWA***
Advantages
-Work in Oshawa one of two locations (North/Central Oshawa OR South/West Oshawa)
-$17.60 PER HOUR
-Transit accessible
-No heavy lifting
Responsibilities
-Working in a safe manner with a second person cleaning apartments (2 per unit)
-General cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, some garbage removal
-Show up on time each day, hit the day's quota of number of units and leave with everyone else end of day
Qualifications
-Previous experience cleaning is ideal but not mandatory
-Able to clear a basic criminal background check
-Be reliable and dependable
-Demonstrate a willingness to get the job done
-Have a keen eye for detail
-Be able to follow both English written and verbal instructions
-Be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel down and walk
