Responsibilities
Master of Client Relations
-Maintain and evolve a portfolio of business relationships in Western Canada, ensuring their retirement plans remain competitive and compliant.
-Act as the primary advocate and "voice of the client," translating their feedback into internal service improvements.
Strategic Advisor
-Analyze client needs to design and implement tailored GRS solutions that align with their long-term organizational goals.
-Participate in high-level presentations and "short-list" meetings to showcase the firm’s unique value proposition.
Collaborative Partner
-Work closely with colleagues in Group Benefits and Insurance to identify joint opportunities for holistic client support.
-Contribute to internal projects that leverage your deep knowledge of the retirement savings sector.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Significant experience in the Canadian Group Retirement Savings (GRS) market.
Deep technical knowledge of retirement products and the ability to navigate local hiring market nuances in Alberta and British Columbia.
A polished, professional presence with the ability to lead complex negotiations and presentations in English.
Completion of (or progress toward) relevant industry designations is considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools.
