Client Relationship Manager – Group Retirement Savings (GRS)
Location: Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB (Hybrid potential).
Location: Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)
Sector: Canadian Financial & Cooperative Sector
Schedule: Full-time, 35-hour week
Salary range: $75,000 – $115,000 (Based on experience) + Performance Bonus

Strategic Advisor
Analyze client needs to design tailored GRS solutions that align with long-term organizational goals.
Lead high-level presentations and "short-list" meetings, acting as the technical expert to showcase the firm’s unique value proposition.
Partner with Group Benefits and Insurance colleagues to provide holistic support.
Pivot seamlessly between communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
What You Bring
Significant experience in the Canadian Group Retirement Savings (GRS) market.
Deep technical knowledge of retirement products and the ability to navigate local hiring market nuances in Alberta and British Columbia.
A polished, professional presence with the ability to lead complex negotiations and presentations in English.
Completion of (or progress toward) relevant industry designations is considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools.
Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for a problem to arise; you anticipate needs through regular client visits and proactive solution-finding.
