Responsibilities
Cloudflare Platform Leadership:
- Lead Cloudflare initiatives and act as the technical escalation point for vendor projects.
- Oversee Workers, Pages, WAF, Zero Trust, DNS, Load Balancing, and performance tools.
- Guide architecture reviews, application onboarding, deployments, and security alignments.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Direct external partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
- Lead project reviews, track risks, and brief leadership on status and dependencies.
- Domain Portfolio Management
- Govern, register, and secure BrokerLink’s portfolio of 600+ domain names and DNS configs.
Microsoft Web Platforms:
- Support SharePoint Online, M365, Power Platform, and internal web applications.
- Capture business requirements, manage enhancements, and uphold operational controls.
Project Coordination:
- Manage mid-sized cloud, web, and infrastructure projects from design to operational handoff.
- Maintain project plans, handle change management, and oversee user testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting cloud services, web platforms, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare services and platform capabilities.
- Experience working with web application development teams and external technology vendors.
- Knowledge of DNS, domain management, SSL certificates, and web application delivery concepts.
- Experience coordinating technology projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal supervision.
