Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC TRUMPF Brake Press machinery
Perform setup, programming, and operation of Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender equipment
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications accurately
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and imperial measuring systems
Verify dimensions, tolerances, bends, and overall product quality throughout production runs
Troubleshoot setup and production issues to maintain efficiency and accuracy
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate work records
Follow quality control procedures and workplace safety standards at all times
Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fabrication department
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of CNC brake press setup and operation experience
Strong hands-on experience with TRUMPF Brake Press machinery is required
Experience operating and programming Salvagnini P2 Panel Benders is mandatory
Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and forming techniques
Ability to work comfortably with decimal and imperial measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Safety-focused mindset within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to successfully complete a practical blueprint reading assessment
