Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Efficiently set up, precision-tool, and operate CNC equipment to produce custom automotive components.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and execute designs based on detailed engineering blueprints and exact tolerances.
- Program Adjustments: Tweak and optimize machine programs on the fly to maintain flawless product quality.
- General Shop Support: Assist with routine shop tasks and maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose standard CNC issues, working directly with manufacturer guidelines when needed.
- Eye for Precision: A strong commitment to quality control, consistently inspecting finished parts against strict standards.
- Reliability: A solid track record of dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
