Responsibilities
Duties
CNC Programming & Setup
Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Haas CNC mills and lathes.
Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for plastic and metal materials.
Set up machines including fixturing, tooling, and offsets.
Prove out programs and validate first-off parts.
Manual Machining
Operate manual lathe and milling machines for precision work.
Manufacture one-off and prototype components.
Perform modifications to existing parts as required.
Quality & Inspection
Verify components meet specifications using precision measuring tools.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Record and document inspection results.
Support troubleshooting of dimensional and fit issues.
Qualifications
Manual Machining
Operate manual lathe and milling machines for precision work.
Manufacture one-off and prototype components.
Perform modifications to existing parts as required.
